Our non-profit / volunteer / fledgling, etc. organization wants to have a fundraiser at Patrick’s Cabaret, can you give us a reduced rate for our event?
Sorry, but no. Many worthy organizations ask us this question, and we must remain impartial. We ourselves are a non-profit, and rentals constitute a substantial source of our annual income. Also, we consider our rates to be quite reasonable.

What does Patrick’s Cabaret consider an “Event”?
Any meeting or gathering of more than 40 people where food and / or beverages are served and / or entertainment is the focus. “Events” require one of our staff on the premises for the duration ~ setup, the event itself, and cleanup afterwards.
I'm not sure of the exact date / time for my event ~ can you hold the space for me?
We cannot. In order to be listed on our online calendar, we require a completed signed contract and all rental fees paid up front. Because of our high rental demand, that would be unfair to other renters who are ready to commit to a specific rental date and time.
Can I sell liquor during my event at Patrick’s Cabaret?
No. We are NOT licensed for the sale of wine, beer or hard liquor in our theater space. BYOB and liquor sales by donation are also prohibited.
Can I bring in my own food, liquor, and decorations for my party/ fundraiser/ performance event/ wedding?
We have no restrictions on food. Again you can’t SELL liquor nor have BYOB and liquor sales by donation.
Can I use my own light and sound technicians, or do I have to use Patrick's Cabaret staff?
The light and soundboard in our theater is not very user friendly. Therefore we ask that you use our staff to do the technical assistance (which is available for any rental at $20 per hour) for your performance or event. The theater lights and soundboard are NOT available for classes, rehearsals or parties without paying for technical assistance.
What kind of sound and light system do you have?
Patrick's Cabaret recently installed a new light and sound system. The sound system has 4 Mackie 450 speakers, 6 new professional microphones: 4 GT 30 Class A FET microphones, 2 GT Hardtop instrument microphones. Our light grid has 29 lights: 7 Par Cans, 13 Fresnel, 7 ellipsoidal,1 beam projector, 1 studio wash light.
How many tables and chairs do you have for use in the theater?
We have eight cabaret style tables (five 2' x2' square and four 2' diameter), four 2' x 4' tables, three 5' diameter tables, and 120 chairs.
