How to Perform at Patrick's Cabaret

 

STEP ONE

See a cabaret at Patrick’s Cabaret. If you want to perform at Patrick’s Cabaret, you have to have been to a cabaret here first.

STEP TWO

Look at the calendar. Decide when you would most like to perform.

STEP THREE

Programming at Patrick's Cabaret is done by guest curators and the program director, Arturo Miles. To be in a show, you need to contact a guest curator or Arturo ~ and ask to be in their show ~ with the following information:

1. All of your contact info (name, address, e-ddress, phone number).
2. The dates of your choice for performing.
3. The genre you imagine working in (dance, music, performance art...).
4. A brief description of what you want to do. (Sell it to the curator of the show you want to be in, help her/him to understand the passion that drives you to create this work and present it.) They won’t require you to audition, but they do need to be convinced that you believe in your work, and are willing to promote it to people you know.

To email a guest curator or Arturo, go to the calendar, click on their event. A new screen will come up (see example at left).

On this screen click on the [Email this contact] in brackets after the curator’s name, and you should be able to send them a message with the info requested above.
