SPACE RENTAL
Patrick's Cabaret is delighted to provide space for the community. Whether you're offering classes, rehearsing and performing a show, or looking for an alternative venue to hold a gathering or event, you are welcome here.

Theater features:

• beautiful sprung, hardwood dance floor
• over 1500 sq ft. theater space
• 17ft-tall ceiling
• large open lobby
• easily accessible by light rail, bus or car (intersection of Lake St. & Minnehaha Ave in Minneapolis)
• free parking: lots on both sides of the building & on-street

RENTAL RATES
Classes
Daytime hours (before 4pm) $11/hr
Evening and weekend hours $20/hr

Rehearsals
Daytime hours (before 4pm) $8/hr
Evening and weekend hours $12/hr

Events/Performances*
Sunday - Thursday $295 for 5 hours (additional hours are $50 per hour)
Friday - Saturday $350 for 5 hours (additional hours are $50 per hour)
Weekend event (Thursday - Saturday or Friday - Sunday) $850
Weddings $450 for 5 hours. (additional hours are $50 per hour) - Please contact Marc Bautch, Patrick's Cabaret Facilities Manager for more details.

*Pricing includes required on-site House Manager to watch over the building during all events/performances
*Technical assistance for lighting, sound, and video is available for an additional $20/hr.

NEW PRICES & POLICIES AS OF NOVEMBER 1, 2007

You may have noticed that we have increased our pricing. At the beginning of 2006, we instituted the presence of a House Manager during your event or performance to safeguard our space and to facilitate your use of Patrick's Cabaret. Before that, we had not raised our rates for many years, and feel that despite these increases, we continue to offer access to a welcoming theater at rates competitive with other venues in the Twin Cities. Do enjoy your time with us, and let your House Manager know if you need any assistance.

CONTRACTS & BILLING
You will be asked to fill out a contract for each theater rental. The contract states that all rentals will be paid for up front and returned with the signed contract to reserve the space and be listed on our online calendar.

CANCELLATIONS
Renters may cancel for classes or rehearsals 2 weeks in advance of the rental time without penalty. With cancellations less than 2 weeks, the renter will be responsible for 100% of the rental fee.
